Trust – We earn trust and create safety. Communication – We listen to others and communicate honestly. About the role We are looking for Volunteer Coordinator to manage our Volunteer Programme. This is a voluntary position. You’ll help us recruit and support our volunteers who do an amazing job supporting our members in our clubs. What you’ll do: Lead and coordinate CASPA’s volunteer programme. This includes recruitment and onboarding of volunteers. Support volunteers and managers throughout the volunteering cycle. Ensure all checks, training, and compliance requirements are completed Maintain accurate volunteer records and HR systems Act as the main point of contact for volunteer queries and support Promote a positive and engaging volunteer experience across CASPA Salary Band: Voluntary Reports to: CEO Working Pattern: 2-4 hours per week can be flexible Location: Oakley House, Bromley (Mondays or Tuesdays) or work from home.
