Support our SEND youth clubs (ages 5–17), helping with activities and creating a fun, inclusive environment. Gain confidence, learn new skills, and be part of a supportive team. Parent/guardian consent required.
Youth Helpers support the delivery of our inclusive SEND youth clubs, helping to create a fun, safe, and welcoming environment for children and young people. This role is ideal for young people aged 14+ who would like to gain experience, build confidence, and get involved in a supportive team environment. Responsibilities include: • Helping set up and tidy activities • Supporting group games and creative sessions • Encouraging participation and inclusion • Being friendly and supportive to members • Assisting leaders and mentors during sessions Youth Helpers will have opportunities to try different activities, build confidence, and develop new skills, with full support from the team. This role does not include personal care responsibilities. We are looking for friendly, positive, and reliable individuals who are willing to learn and get involved. No experience is required. As this role is for volunteers under 18, parent or guardian consent will be required prior to starting, in line with our health, safety, and safeguarding procedures. Training and ongoing support will be provided.

No formal qualifications or experience are required. We are looking for volunteers who are friendly, reliable, and willing to learn. Training will be provided before starting. This role is a great opportunity to build confidence, develop social skills, and gain experience in a supportive environment.

Both locations are easily accessible via local bus routes and nearby train stations. Full directions and venue details will be provided prior to sessions.
