Detailed Description

No Panic is a national charity helping people to manage their anxiety. We are seeking a volunteer Feedback Team Co-ordinator to support a small team of volunteers who gather feedback from No Panic members and volunteers. This will involve gathering and analysing feedback and creating and maintaining record systems. The Feedback Team Co-ordinator will also liaise with office staff. Why these skills are required

The Feedback Team Co-ordinator must have experience of gathering feedback for, or as part of, an organisation and must be capable of providing clear instructions and direction to volunteers. The successful applicant will be reliable, trustworthy, committed, good at developing understanding, and good at working with others. You will need to provide a reference.
