Help organise and fun events to fundraise for Bromley Homeless
You’ll help plan and run events focused on raising funds to support Bromley Homeless and keep our services running. You'll be a member of our Fundraising Committee and support our Fundraising Officer and Trustees both in advance and on the ground during events. Key Responsibilities: Help generate ideas for events and fundraising opportunities for Bromley Homeless, (past events include quiz nights, meals and of course our annual Sleepout event), Attend Events and Fundraising Committee meetings (around every 8 weeks) usually in person at United Reformed Church. Helping identify and arrange participating in events planned by other organisations (e.g. Christmas fairs or school fetes and Bromley Little Theatre charity preview nights) Support the planning and logistics involved with events Attend the events and support them on the ground

Previous experience of fundraising or event organising (of any kind, school PTA, work events, other charities etc) would be desirable. Enthusiasm and passion to support Bromley Homeless Team working and interpersonal skills Engaging with members of the public
Help support Bromley Homeless’ work Gain valuable experience in charity fundraising and events Develop new skills Meet like-minded people Make a real impact in your community
Flexible- around 3 to 5 hours per month, mainly evenings or weekends
