We are looking for a SOH Grant Partner Manager role to support our team of dedicated volunteers. We are a small local Charity Smile of Hope | International Children's Charity | England with a big heart and ambitious growth plans Do you enjoy creating business documents, liaising with people in need, monitoring progress and capturing/ developing monthly updates with pictures/ videos? If so, we would love to hear from you. You do not need a Charity background just the ability to get on with people, a good sense of humour and a desire to support a Charity that helps those who need it most. The role plays a key part in ensuring that SOH monies are well spent and in line with our constitution and Charity regulation. As a SOH Grant Partner Manager, you will use your skills, knowledge, and life experience to benefit others. Key role responsibilities (in conjunction with the Treasurer): Roll out Partner Master Agreements Receive and check side letters for each specific grant Agree SOH reporting needs, e.g. monthly/ quarterly updates from partners Work with partners to produce information for SOH marketing/governance needs Obtain photos, videos, and stories where appropriate Monitor spend vs actuals Training: Full support will be provided by the Treasurer, who is an experienced financial professional This role would suit someone who would like to volunteer maybe hours each week. Also could suit the role being shared by two like-minded individuals.

The volunteer will help children in need in different ways, they will gain insight into how charities operate and be touched by some of the amazing work they do
Flexible but maybe 4 hours a week, but also can be done at times suited to the candidate. After the initial short period, it could be done from home
