As a CRM database volunteer, you will become our CRM champion. This role involves helping to manage and maintain our CRM system (Lamplight), ensuring accuracy and compliance, acting as a first point of contact for our team with troubleshooting and training new members. Full training in Lamplight will be provided. Key Responsibilities: • Data Management: • Update and maintain accurate data in the CRM system. • Verify and correct data entries to ensure accuracy and completeness. • CRM Support: • Assist with CRM training for staff or volunteers. • Respond to user inquiries and troubleshoot minor CRM issues. • Data Compliance: • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations like GDPR. • Help maintain data privacy and security. • Reporting and Analysis: • Assist with generating reports and dashboards. • Analyse CRM data to identify trends and insights. • Other Tasks: • Support with mass mailings or other communication activities. • Help with the development and implementation of new CRM features or processes.
