Comms & Fundraising Support Volunteer to support our small, busy Comms & Fundraising team based in our Hampton Office. Tasks including updating mailing lists, updating our database, making telephone calls to potential supporters, arranging meetings, attending events and sourcing donations for raffles, amongst other tasks when required.

Detailed Description

As a Comms & Fundraising Support Volunteer you will support our small, busy Comms & Fundraising team based in our Hampton Office. Tasks including updating mailing lists, updating our database, making telephone calls to potential supporters, arranging meetings, attending events and sourcing donations for raffles, amongst other tasks when required. Volunteers will be based at our Hampton Office for data entry and other office tasks, telephone calls can be done either at our office or from home, if preferred and with agreement of our Comms & Fundraising staff. Initially, during the training period, this role will be based in our Hampton office so support can be given.

Time Commitment

- 9.30am - 2.30pm once a week. - Wednesday or Thursday. - We can be flexible and the role could be split over 2 days to accommodate volunteer availability, but 5-8 hours a week would be required.
