XLP stands for ‘The eXceL Project’. XLP works with over 4,000 young people each year through education, mentoring, employability, community youth work, sports and the arts. We are looking for volunteer youth workers to volunteer at one of our mobile youth buses.
XLP stands for ‘The eXceL Project’. XLP works with over 4,000 young people each year through education, mentoring, employability, community youth work, sports and the arts. We are looking for volunteer youth workers to volunteer at one of our mobile youth buses. Volunteer as a youth worker on one of our buses. We drive our buses, which are fully equipped mobile youth centres, into different estate communities in East London each week. Young people turn up to have fun and there’s always a chance to lead discussions and activities which challenge and inspire. All you need is to like teenagers and you’ll find a place to fit in.
