Creative Support
Creative Support run six extra care services in Tower Hamlets. We deliver a variety of fun and engaging sessions for our residents, and are looking for volunteers to help us.
The sessions can include running a quiz group to test people’s general knowledge skills, setting up and helping with a craft group, or a gardening group so we can enjoy our lovely garden space. If you have a particular craft skill you’d like to share, or are happy to assist our Activities workers we’d love to hear from you. As a volunteer you will be helping to promote and set up the activity, prepare materials, deliver the session including helping our residents when needed, making cups of tea, and tidying away at the end of the session. No experience is necessary, we provide full training.

We are looking for people who have the ability to follow written and verbal instructions, good communication skills, and punctual and reliable.
Our volunteers will gain an understanding of the social care sector. We will provide training, access to an on site Volunteer supervisor, an induction, a monthly online peer support network group, a volunteer newsletter, and a volunteer handbook.
