Greenwich + Docklands International Festival (GDIF) is London's leading festival of free outdoor theatre and performing arts. GDIF is seeking enthusiastic volunteers to play an essential role in the festival’s delivery. Whether it's providing a friendly face to visitors, leading a team or championing access to the arts, the experience will be yours to make your own. We are looking for: Anyone aged 18 or over. Friendly and reliable people, with an interest in art. Those that can give around 15 hours of their time (3 or more approx. 4 hour shifts plus training), or want to commit to more!
Connect with the local community and meet new people in South East London. Build communication skills. Work alongside likeminded people interested in the arts and meet new people in the industry. Claim up to £10 of expenses per day volunteered. A volunteer 'Thank You' event as part of the festival with food and drink provided.
15 hours (approx. three 4-hour shifts) over the festival period.

Festival volunteering takes place in a number of different locations across South East London. This year key locations include Greenwich Park, Greenwich Peninsula, Woolwich, Stratford and Thamesmead.
Accepted volunteers will be able to select which locations they would like to volunteer at, and specific directions will be provided for each event.
