Bromley Community Land Trust
The Bromley Community land Trust aims to buy vacant land sites from land owners and to build housing at below market rates for local people. We need to have committee members who are committed to this idea. We would like committee members to have either experience or the ability to work on social media, fund-raising, building construction issues , community development or administration of the organisation.
We need volunteers who have experience of fund-raising, building construction, social media , climate change issues and community development. We need volunteers to join our committee that meets monthly and are able to do some work between meetings.

We are looking or volunteers who support the values of the community land trust movement to provide affordable housing and who can work with other members of the committee. The role is unpaid. We welcome committee members who have experience of the above work and can work constructively with other members of the committee. The more volunteers that we have on our committee the easier it will be for the bromley community land trust to achieve our objective of providing
One evening a month and an occasional saturday morning. There will be a requirement for committee members to do some work between meetings.
