Assisting people with sight impairments to use their technology more effectively. The applicant needs to have a very good understanding of how both Apple and Android work.

IT Skills - good, Teaching, mentoring & coaching
This role requires an excellent knowledge of all forms of IT so they can troubleshoot and assist the AT Officer in her role. It would be preferable for the candidate to have this knowledge in both Apple and Android, although an excellent understanding in one and a good understanding of the other would be considered.
As well a helping people who rely heavily on their IT sources, it will also enhance your own skills.
