We are looking for an experienced and proactive Marketing and Communications Manager to lead the initial launch of the charity followed by a number of marketing campaigns, communications and design projects from brief to evaluation.
Falcon Foundation is a new charity with a bold vision: to make a difference in society by offering opportunities and education in the STEM, Aerospace and Aviation sectors. As our Marketing and Communications Manager, you’ll play an important role in launching the charity as well as driving campaigns to build awareness, attract donations, and create a lasting impact.

What will you be doing? • Lead the launch of the charity and deliver campaigns from concept to evaluation. • Manage a Social Media team member. • Plan, create, and oversee digital communications through social media and email marketing campaigns to grow reach and engagement. • Maintain and update website content, optimising for SEO. • Use HubSpot to manage campaigns and track performance. What we’re looking for • Proven experience in marketing and communications. • Strong copywriting and content creation skills (social, email, blogs, and web). • Experience with tools such as Canva, HubSpot, Wix, and Microsoft Teams. • Ability to manage projects independently while supporting team members. • Creative thinker who can turn ideas into impactful campaigns.
