Detailed Description

Set for the day for the smooth running of the session, and tidy up after the session finishes Ensuring the registration process is completed by each guest accessing the session Comforting and supporting the guest during the session when the need arise Being a good listener, assisting the facilitator Sort and prepare material ready for the session online and face-to-face Organising the refreshment for the day i.e. making tea and coffee Take stock of any item or paperwork needed for the effective running of the session Doing weekly reports, ensuring feedback is collected

Capable, calm (tolerant/patient) and thorough - Good organisational skills - Ability to dedicate a minimum of 4 hours per week - Ability to commit a minimum of three months (ideally longer) - Sense of humour and perspective - Ability to encourage and support children and vulnerable adults - Ability to communicate effectively - Able to work as part of a small diverse team - Ability to maintain confidentiality - A willingness to learn and show initiative - Some roles may require a DBS check which SCH will carry out on your behalf
