Carers Arts and Craft Teacher

Are you passionate about Arts and Crafts? Do you enjoy helping others unleash their creativity? We are looking for an enthusiastic and patient Arts and Crafts Teacher to support the Carers in our service.
As an Art and Crafts Teacher, you will run engaging and supportive workshops designed to provide carers with a creative outlet and a chance to relax. Duties can include: • Planning and delivering fun, inclusive arts and crafts sessions • Supporting Carers to develop new skills and explore their creativity • Providing a welcoming and supportive environment for participants • Offering guidance on a variety of artistic techniques and projects

Skills, Attributes & Abilities Required: • Experience in arts and crafts (Professional or hobbyist) • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • A compassionate and patient approach to working with Carers • Experience teaching or facilitating groups is desirable but not essential.
• A chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of Carers • The opportunity to learn more about the voluntary sector and to gain experience • Volunteering expenses in line with our policy
