Detailed Description

Do you have 1-2 hours a week to work from home and would enjoy an administrative volunteer role providing free mental health support in the local community. We need you if you have had previous administration in any industry or currently in a similar mental health role. You choose your own working hours and will play a pivotal role supporting the Therapy Team giving them a hand with admin support for local counselling bookings via email. We’re looking for someone who is organised and comfortable with written English. Has the skills to use excel to manage a spreadsheet tracking new therapy booking requests received by email. Full training will be provided via Zoom supported by the Therapy Manager. Think Tenacity Academy, a highly regarded innovative local non-profit organisation helping the local community get the free mental health support they need.

What We’re Looking For: 1 year's experience or a similar role Strong administrative skills. Excellent communication skills. Strong organisational and multitasking skills. Use of WhatsApp for team communication. Ability to work remotely without supervision. Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines. Confidence in proactively communicating new ideas. Interest in working with a small charitable organisation. Passion for working with a small charitable organisation. Interest in addressing health inequalities and tackling mental health stigmas.
