If you have 1-2 hours to work from home and are passionate about boosting mental health in the local community, this is the perfect role for you. You will play a critical role in creating, planning, and implementing events and online workshops, which may require some evening or weekend work. Regularly present new events ideas to the events and marketing team. Lead the planning and organising of events and online workshops, recruit and train volunteers. What We’re Looking For: - 2 years experience in event management or a keen interest in organising events. - Strong administrative skills. - Creative problem-solving abilities. - Ability to work remotely. - Good communication skills. - Strong organisational and multitasking skills. - Proficient in IT and use of WhatsApp and Google Drive. - Ability to meet deadlines. - Passion for working with a small charitable organisation and willingness to work as part of a small team. - Interest in addressing health inequalities and tackling mental health stigmas. Your time will make a meaningful difference in promoting mental health awareness and supporting the Black community.
