Oversee finances of charity employing up to 20 monthly paid staff.
Oversee and manage finances of charity supporting adults with learning disabilites, currently employing 14 monthly paid staff Prepare budgets, forecasts and cash flows as required Develop finance policies Check monthly managment accounts prepared by Accountants Check and authorise monthly payroll Administration of the bank account (dual approval system), setting up or approving transactions

Bookkeeping & Finance, Good IT Skills, Maths, Organising & Planning
Good organisational skills and a head for figures, MS office skills, and financial experience are needed for this role. Experience of the adult social care industry would be especially useful

Currently meeting once a month for a couple of hours. On average two hours a week reading, checking reports, and organising occassional payments, ,Workload is higher than usual at the moment as organisation preparing for CQC registration, and undergoing reorganisation, expecting meetings to be less frequent once achieved.

This role will largely be performed remotely. Monthly face to face trustee meetings usually held in Lower Sunbury or central Twickenham but can join by Teams
