From selling museum merchandise, upselling donations to answering visitor's questions about the history of Crystal Palace and more, our Museum Stewards form a crucial part of the visitor experience of the museum.
We are looking for enthusiastic, friendly people to join our team of Museum Stewards at the Crystal Palace Museum! Established in 1990, the museum keeps the history of both the Hyde Park and Sydenham Crystal Palaces alive through our displays and most importantly, our volunteers who share this with our visitors. From selling museum merchandise, upselling donations to answering visitor's questions about the history of Crystal Palace and more, our volunteers form a crucial part of the visitor experience of the museum. You do not need to have any experience in museums, just a desire to learn, an interest in Crystal Palace history and have good interpersonal skills!
