Albanian speaking befriender

Very isolated Albanian lady would benefit greatly from a befriender who can speak her language as she has no English.
Can you spare an hour a week to have a cup of tea and a chat with an Albanian lady who has only been in the country a couple of years and who speaks no English. She lives with her daughter but is very isolated because of her lack of English. You would not be required to read in Albanian.
