Spring Community Hub

Remote and/or in person - meets virtually Every Saturday at 11:30m to 12:30pm

Detailed Description

Add new clients to the project database and spreadsheet Assign clients to volunteers Keep track of unresponsive clients and ensure the database is kept up-to-date Update the volunteers list with essential information Maintain the upkeep of B2W library and project resources Take minutes of meetings Assist in ad hoc projects / provide general administrative and project support. Work in an inclusive way, embracing our culture and values Put those we serve at the heart of everything we do Consistently deliver high quality services to support our communities and beneficiaries IT literate

Basic IT skills - internet & email, Good IT Skills, Managing People

Why these skills are required

Capable, calm (tolerant/patient) and thorough - Good organisational skills - Ability to dedicate a minimum of 4 hours per week - Ability to commit a minimum of three months (ideally longer) - Sense of humour and perspective - Ability to encourage and support children and vulnerable adults - Ability to communicate effectively - Able to work as part of a small diverse team - Ability to maintain confidentiality - A willingness to learn and show initiative - Some roles may require a DBS check which SCH will carry out on your behalf
