Community Connector

The Stroke Association (London Regional Office)

• You will be liaising with staff in the local area to represent the Stroke Association at local events. This could be giving a presentation, hosting a stand or attending a fundraising event. • If you are a stroke survivor or carer can share your own experience of stroke to inspire and help others. You do not have to have personal experience of stroke.

Detailed Description

You will be raising awareness of stroke and how the Stroke Association can support stroke survivors and carers by making links in your local area.

What skills are required for this role

Basic IT skills - internet & email, People Skills

• Passionate about helping people learn more about stroke. • Able to get out and about. • Comfortable using technology like Zoom and Microsoft Teams. • Enjoy interacting with people.
