Detailed Description

SME Local CIC is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Videographer Volunteer to help capture stories, activities, events, and achievements across our community and small-business network. The volunteer will play an important role in creating engaging video content that showcases local businesses, entrepreneurs, community initiatives, events, and the impact of SME Local CIC. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to develop practical experience in videography, video production, storytelling, and digital content creation while building a portfolio of real-world work.

What skills are required for this role

Why these skills are required

An interest in videography, filmmaking, photography, media, or digital content creation. Experience using a camera, smartphone, DSLR/mirrorless camera, or video equipment. Basic knowledge of filming techniques, composition, framing, lighting, and sound. Experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar. An understanding of storytelling and how to communicate a message through video. Good attention to detail. Creativity and an ability to develop engaging content ideas. The ability to work independently while also collaborating with the wider team.
