Croydon Sea Cadets aims to give young people a head start in life through nautical adventure and fun based on the customs and traditions of the Royal Navy. We need instructors to help deliver the sea cadets experience. No experience or training needed, we will train you to train our cadets.

No prior experience or skills are needed. We will train you. Many of our courses attract nationally recognised qualifications. If you have experience of training or anything nautical that is an advantage but not necessary.
A sense of fulfilment seeing young people develop and grow. Being part of our sea cadets family. A small commitment goes a long way. Experience of doing a key role and potential to build CV.
