Cards for Kindness Volunteer/Driver
Embracing Age
Through our Cards of Kindness project we send regular hand made cards to residents who are feeling isolated to help combat loneliness and bring joy and community connection. Every card makes a big difference.
You can choose one or more of the role activities: 1. Creating hand made cards monthly at home or in a group. 2. Writing short messages or poems inside the cards. 3. Delivering cards to a designated nearby care home* (This role requires the volunteer to complete an application form and provide details of 2 referees who we can contact for references.)
