- Sort clothes parcels; pack clothes parcels; sort donations into specified storage groups; possible collecting donations from pickup points or donors unable to drop off - Customer service; good organisation; listening and communication skills; non-judgmental and friendly attitude. Our clothes bank provides clothes for everyone from age 2 upwards. We are open on Tuesdays - Term time only 9.30-12.30 pm

- Capable, calm (tolerant/patient) and thorough - Good organisational skills - Ability to dedicate a minimum of 4 hours per week - Ability to commit a minimum of three months (ideally longer) - Sense of humour and perspective - Ability to encourage and support children and vulnerable adults - Ability to communicate effectively - Able to work as part of a small diverse team - Ability to maintain confidentiality - A willingness to learn and show initiative - Some roles may require a DBS check which SCH will carry out on your behalf
