Provide high-level, direct administrative support to our Chief Executive Officer, acting as a central pillar across our entire community hub. Support our CEO with diary management, meeting coordination, administrative tasks, and welcoming new volunteers by helping with onboarding records. This role is vital to our community's growth. You will share rewarding tasks including tracking grant applications, helping coordinate local fundraising events, and designing community updates using Canva.
