We Welcome
The Felix Project’s Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging policy outlines three areas in which Felix is working to foster EDIB. Foremost, the policy highlights Felix’s commitment to creating a diverse, equitable and inclusive working and volunteering environment through People policies and practices, so that all team members feel a sense of belonging. Secondly, the policy summarises the steps Felix takes to engage staff and volunteers in EDIB through a range of informal and formal mechanisms that enable people to feedback on, contribute to, and access information on our EDIB work. Finally, the policy provides a framework for Felix’s zero-tolerance approach to creating a culture free from discrimination, where people’s differences are valued and where all team members are treated with respect, dignity and fairness.
