Our programmes run for a period of 10-12 weeks during school term times. Volunteers will: - Deliver weekly 60/90 minute tuition sessions for a group of 2-4 pupils - Use our lesson plans and materials to create inspiring tutoring sessions - Provide academic support and encouragement to help our pupils to get back on track - Receive induction training and weekly support from a fully qualified teacher who is present at each session -
Teaching & Training

- Enthusiasm and strong grades in English or Maths - Committed and organised individuals who are keen to develop new skills - Passionate about social mobility and helping to reduce the education attainment - Good interpersonal skills when dealing with pupils
Not only will you gain transferable skills (time management, communication, leadership and organisational skills) and have a meaningful experience, you will be able to receive a personalised reference and access to a career mentor and career enhancing seminars.
