A celebratory carnival event on 20th June, which is an opportunity for the Windrush Generation and the next generation of pioneers to be celebrated. Key Tasks - Being eyes and ears for the event hospitality area, and report any issues to the Stage Manager - Being helpful to event performers by keeping them informed with up-to-date information - Attend to the hospitality needs of performers - Assist with ad hoc requests from the Stage Manager
You will be supporting the event team to ensure our stakeholders and VIPs, are looked after. You will have access to the VIP area and will be relied upon to ensure our guests experience of the event is a positive one. You will have a dual role in terms of supporting the needs of our guests and you will be the go between for the Stage Manager and our DJs and Artists. Your Profile You will be a fun-loving individual, who enjoys being part of a high-profile team. You will have a can-do attitude and be able to engage with people easily. You will have a desire to hold an important role and will be fit and resourceful, capable of prioritising tasks and logical in your approach.
