-Provide a positive impact on the local community by supporting our service users who face social exclusion by being friendly and polite and providing good service. It can be very intimidating for people to come in and ask for help so we want to make our guests feel at ease. -Supporting people and their families who face food poverty by getting good quality food packages home. Please bear in mind that a lot of our service users have no recourse to public funds and no income therefore are living in extremely difficult situations. -address the underlying causes of food inequality and empower

We will provide a general induction, training specific to the role as well as ongoing development opportunities. We frequently run free online food allergy and food hygiene courses as well as in-person first aid training.
Contribute to alleviating hunger and food insecurity in the community. Gain experience in organization, communication, and customer service. Build relationships with fellow volunteers and clients. Connect with organizations and individuals involved in community service. Feel fulfilled by contributing to a meaningful cause.
