We are looking for a proactive volunteer to help plan and coordinate community and football-related events for Cre8, supporting logistics, volunteers, and promotion.
We are looking for an organised and proactive volunteer to help plan and deliver a range of community and football-related events. You’ll support Cre8 in coordinating activities such as player presentations, workshops, and fundraising events that bring people together and celebrate local participation. The role involves planning logistics, supporting volunteers, and helping ensure each event runs smoothly. Plan and organise approximately one event every 8 weeks. Coordinate logistics, communications, and materials for each event. Liaise with volunteers, coaches, and community partners. Support awareness and fundraising campaigns. Help promote events and engage participants. Evaluate events and contribute ideas for future improvements. Click ‘Register Interest’ and someone will be in touch.

Strong organisational and communication skills. Confident using email, WhatsApp, or shared digital tools. Experience in event planning or coordination (desirable). Creative, proactive, and reliable in completing tasks. Friendly and confident engaging with people from different backgrounds. Able to work independently and as part of a supportive team.
You’ll gain valuable experience in event planning, coordination, and community engagement. This role is a great opportunity to build your skills, meet new people, and contribute to projects that bring positive energy to the local community. You’ll play an important part in helping Cre8 deliver events that inspire, connect, and celebrate people through football and learning.
Around 4–7 hours per week, flexible, with a mix of remote and in-person coordination.
