Club Wellbeing Officer

Cre8 Football

We are looking for a caring volunteer to help promote wellbeing, inclusion, and positive mental health across Cre8 FC, supporting players, families, and volunteers in a friendly and inclusive environment.

Detailed Description

We are looking for a compassionate and organised volunteer to help promote wellbeing, inclusion, and positive mental health across Cre8 FC. The Club Wellbeing Officer plays an important role in supporting players, volunteers, and families by promoting good practice, signposting to resources, and helping create a supportive environment for everyone involved. You’ll work alongside the Club Welfare Officer to ensure wellbeing is part of everything we do. Act as a point of contact for the Club Welfare Officer and volunteers on wellbeing matters. Promote awareness of mental health, inclusion, and wellbeing. Contribute to welfare and wellbeing information shared with volunteers and coaches. Support and signpost individuals to relevant wellbeing resources. Help develop initiatives that improve player and volunteer wellbeing. Encourage a positive and inclusive culture across all Cre8 FC activities. Click ‘Register Interest’ and someone will be in touch.

Understanding of mental health and wellbeing principles. Empathetic, approachable, and well-organised. Good communication and listening skills. Reliable and able to maintain confidentiality. Friendly and confident engaging with people of different backgrounds. Experience in youth, sport, or community settings is beneficial. Able to work both independently and as part of a supportive team.
