Club Welfare Officer

Cre8 Football

We are looking for a caring volunteer to help promote safeguarding and welfare standards across Cre8 FC, supporting coaches, families, and volunteers to maintain a safe football environment.

Detailed Description

We are looking for a caring and organised volunteer to help maintain a safe and supportive environment for everyone involved in Cre8 FC. The Club Welfare Officer plays an important role in promoting welfare and safeguarding standards, supporting volunteers and coaches, and ensuring the club’s policies are followed. You’ll help make sure young people, families, and volunteers feel safe and valued at all times. Support the implementation of safeguarding and welfare standards across the club. Provide guidance to volunteers, coaches, and parents on welfare matters. Help maintain welfare information, policies, and resources for the club. Keep records of welfare training, DBS checks, and safeguarding updates. Liaise with the Wellbeing Officer and other relevant safeguarding contacts where needed. Promote a positive, inclusive, and safe football culture for all. Click ‘Register Interest’ and someone will be in touch.
