Franchise Lead

Croydon Community Leaders

The Franchise Lead plays a key role in supporting the growth and delivery of Croydon Community Leaders’ local franchise model. This role combines administrative coordination, community engagement, and project leadership, helping to ensure that each franchise location runs smoothly, aligns with CCL values, and delivers meaningful community impact.

Detailed Description

1. Franchise Coordination & Administration Maintain franchise records, contact lists, and activity trackers. Prepare meeting notes, reports, and communication materials as needed. Manage basic data entry, email correspondence, and scheduling. 2. Project Leadership & Delivery Support planning and delivery of local franchise projects, workshops, or community events. Monitor progress and collect feedback from franchise teams. Contribute ideas to improve franchise operations and engagement. 3. Communication & Engagement Act as the main point of contact between franchise leads, the central CCL team, and external stakeholders. Help produce short updates or reports highlighting franchise activity and impact. Promote CCL events, campaigns, and partnership opportunities within your assigned area. 4. Monitoring & Reporting Track key franchise milestones and outcomes using provided templates. Support basic evaluation, including collecting data, testimonials, and success stories. Provide monthly updates to the Project Manager
