Reparation is an opportunity for young people to repair the harm they may have caused through the completion of set hours of activities in the community. These activities can be extremely wide a varied and we are seeking committed volunteers with skills and experience to reflect this and help to develop our offer.
Reparation is an opportunity for young people to repair the harm they may have caused through the completion of set hours of activities in the community. These activities can be extremely wide a varied and we are seeking committed volunteers with skills and experience to reflect this and help to develop our offer. Current activities include gardening, decorating, cooking, repairing bikes, producing pod casts and working in charity shops. Volunteers will supervise and often lead on these projects with young people.

✓ An interest in working with young people who have engaged in offending behaviours ✓ Excellent communication skills, and the ability to creatively engage young people and their parents/ carers ✓ Personal integrity, discretion & firm commitment to confidentiality ✓ An awareness of and respect for different ethnic, cultural and social backgrounds ✓ Ability to work well with others, openness to advice and the views of others ✓ An awareness of local issues affecting young people and communities
