We are looking for a friendly volunteer to help coordinate communication between coaches, players, and families, manage records, and support matchday organisation for a Cre8 FC team.
We are looking for a friendly and organised volunteer to support the smooth running of a Cre8 FC team. You will coordinate communication with families, players, and coaches about training, matches, and club events. This mainly remote role involves sending messages, managing responses, updating records, and helping with matchday logistics. You will be a key link between the team and the wider club.

Strong communication and organisational skills. Comfortable using email, WhatsApp, and basic digital tools. Friendly, approachable, and reliable when communicating with families and players. Professional and respectful in representing Cre8 FC. Able to handle confidential information appropriately. Flexible and adaptable to occasional schedule or communication changes. Works well independently and as part of a small, supportive team. Interest in football, youth engagement, or community development is a bonus.
You’ll gain practical experience in team and volunteer coordination, improve your communication and organisation skills, and play a valued role at the heart of a growing community football club. You’ll build relationships with coaches, families, and players while helping young people enjoy football in a safe, inclusive environment.
Around 4–6 hours per week, usually spread across short daily check-ins or messages. Availability at some point on a Tuesday or Wednesday is important.
