Detailed Description

St John’s, Upper Norwood, is looking for a Volunteers Co-ordinator to join our parish team. This voluntary role will support the parish in strengthening and developing its volunteer base. This includes recruiting, welcoming, supporting, and retaining volunteers across church and community activities, ensuring they feel valued, equipped, and confident in their roles. This is a voluntary role, ideally suited to someone with experience in volunteer management, HR, community engagement, or church/community organising.
