One Million Mentors
Mentor a young person aged 18- 25, this is a hybrid career based mentoring programme!..
We recruit, train and deploy volunteer mentors, matching them with mentees and providing high quality support to both so that they are well prepared and can have an effective and impactful mentoring relationship. Our mentoring is one to one, for young people aged 14-25 years old, for 1 hour, once a month, for up to a year.

Admin, IT Skills - Basic, Initiative/Self Motivation, Verbal Communication
We ask our volunteers to sign up to our platform and complete some mandatory online training. Mentors to have 5 years experience, 2 years experience post graduate or retired / on a career break.
That’s simple – you’ll have the chance to use your experience and skills to help change a young person’s life. You’ll be giving something back that will really make a difference and 1MM will be with you every step of the way to support you while you do it.
It is one hour a month, it can be hybrid or completely remote, you and your mentee can decide.
