My Child Has A Speech Delay CIC

Volunteers will be required to set up events, welcome families and socialise with children and parents.

Detailed Description

Volunteers will be required to set up events, welcome families and socialise with children and parents. Create a safe and supportive environment for families to enjoy. Ensure children are safe at all times, tidy up as the event goes on. Provide advice and guidance where possible to parents. Help children to communicate through play. At the end of the session, volunteers will help clean up and gain feedback where possible. Event take place during school holidays.

Why these skills are required

We need someone that loves to work with children, able to think outside of the box but also with kindness and empathy. We are very passionate about our organization as we are SEND mums ourselves so would love to see that passion in those that volunteer with us. Care and sensitivity towards families as well as fun and entertainment.

We are just off the London Road near Croydon University Hospital. There is a gated entrance to the venue, looks like a pathway to green space but follow the road round and you will find the venue. Limited parking spaces available.
