We've got spaces for Team Members in all our sections: Beavers (6-8 year old girls & boys) - Get ready for fun, games, and helping little ones discover the world! Cubs (8-10.5 year old girls & boys) - Think adventurous activities and helping kids grow in confidence. Scouts (10.5-14 year old girls & boys) - Be part of the action as young people take on bigger challenges and learn new skills. As a Team Member, you'll work alongside our Section Leaders to deliver an exciting programme packed with adventures. It's all about helping our young people have fun, try new things, and develop into awesome, well-rounded individuals. Seriously, there's nothing quite like seeing a young person achieve something they never thought they could! Plus, you might even have some adventures of your own along the way! Each section meets for just 1 to 1.5 hours after school, one day a week during term time, so it's totally doable around your schedule. And don't worry if you've never done anything like this before – we provide full training that you can even do online at your own pace! How easy is that?
