We are looking for Volunteer Scout Leaders for the formation of a Legacy First Scout troop at Legacy Youth Zone! If you have an interest, background or passion for scouting, please contact us for more information!
Legacy is partnering with Scouts to develop the 'Legacy First' Scouts at Legacy Youth Zone. We are looking for passionate and dedicated volunteers to join the Section Team. The Section Team plans, delivers, and runs quality programmes safely. They make sure all young people can take part in the programme and gain skills for life. They also help young people work towards their Top Awards. With a brilliant programme, each young person can make a positive impact in society as they step up, speak up, and find their place in the world.

- Create a safe environment - Plan and deliver a great programme - Make sure there’s a great culture for everyone - Make sure admin is done correctly - Communicate with others - Look after finances All Section Team Leaders and Team Members must complete learning on: - Delivering a great programme - First Response - Safety & Risk Assessments - Safeguarding - GDPR - Inclusion - Scouting fundamentals
Volunteering can be a brilliant way to boost your mental wellbeing.
