Join Real’s Communications team to help share powerful stories and deliver inclusive community events. Key Duties: • Help write real-life case studies showcasing the impact of our services. • Design social media templates using Canva or similar tools (we’ll train you). • Support the setup, planning, and running of events (online and in-person). • Contribute to campaign planning or special communications projects. Ideal For: Students studying media, journalism, design, marketing, or events management. Also perfect for creative thinkers who enjoy writing and digital storytelling. KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE: Essential - At least 3-6 months related study or work. Knowledge of the legal system in England and Wales. IT literate and well versed with Microsoft Office and Windows. Desirable - Experience of graphic design platform Canva. Experience in setup, planning, and running of events (online and in-person). Experience in the voluntary sector and office environment. ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate with a wide range of people and to liaise with other organisations. Ability to summarise cases into plain English and create case studies. Ability to prioritise effectively and meet deadlines. Ability to work on own initiative. Ability to work in a busy environment with competing demands. Good computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, internet and email. Ability to maintain existing computer-based and manual systems.
