Your involvement in this role will ensure people affected by dementia are able to meet others in a similar situation, access the support and information they need and enjoy meaningful activities. We have a weekly Sports & Social group which takes place on a Thursday afternoon at the Merton Memory Hub in Mitcham CR4 4AB. Facilitated by AFC Wimbledon, there are indoor sports like bowls and curling to get involved with. We are looking for a volunteer to come and support our players and join in the fun!
