Become a Green Youth Leader and take action on the environmental issues that matter to you — from climate change and fast fashion to protecting green spaces, biodiversity, living sustainable and tackling pollution. You’ll design and run your own eco project or campaign in a local youth centre or community space. From hands-on training and workshops to meeting staff at the Town Hall this is your chance to build confidence, speak up, and lead change in your community — and for the planet. Whether you're a passionate activist or just getting started, this role is all about your voice, your ideas, your leadership. What You’ll Do: • Design and lead your own green project or campaign • Take part in creative, interactive workshops and training • Shadow youth and environmental staff behind the scenes • Be a youth voice for climate action and sustainability This role is only open to young people aged 16 to 21. Organising & Planning
You must be aged 16-21. An interest in youth work/ environmental action.
>Creative, leadership, and teamwork skills. >New connections and confidence. >1-to-1 support. >Project management experience. >Working with younger peers.
You will volunteer for at least 3 hours per week (or more if you have the time!) on Tuesdays from 3pm - 6pm. We expect the programme to run from September for 12 weeks.
