• Web & Digital Support: o Assist with simple tasks for setting up websites and online stores, like Shopify. o Help ensure our projects are secure, easy to use, and tailored to meet client needs. • Data & Tools Assistance: o Help with data organisation, reporting, and automation tasks to make processes more efficient. o Support basic updates to tools and systems that businesses rely on. • Tech Troubleshooting & Maintenance: o Assist with resolving minor technical issues and keeping systems running smoothly. o Work with the team to update and improve digital tools. Skills & Experience • Required: o Basic computer skills and interest in technology. o A willingness to learn new tools and processes. o Good attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. • Desirable: o Some familiarity with websites or online tools like Shopify, WordPress, or Google Sheets. o An interest in learning about data or process automation tools (e.g., Excel or Zapier). o Any prior experience with technology is a bonus, but not required!
