Key Responsibilities • Course & Programme Support: o Help with organising course materials and planning programme content. o Work with the team to gather information and resources for educational projects. • Accreditation Assistance: o Support simple tasks related to getting courses and programmes accredited. o Help keep documents and records up to date. • Logistics & Organisation: o Assist with scheduling and organising workshops or events. o Provide basic administrative support for programmes and activities. • Employability Programme Development: o Help research ideas for programmes that teach skills for work. o Assist in preparing materials or resources for employability training. ________________________________________ Skills & Experience • Required: o Good organisation skills and attention to detail. o Clear written and verbal communication. o Willingness to learn and take on new tasks. o Basic research and computer skills. • Desirable: o Interest in education, training, or helping others learn. o Some experience with planning events, organising tasks, or working in a team. o Familiarity with tools like Word, Excel, or Google Docs.
