Key Responsibilities • Content Creation & Social Media: o Assist in creating and scheduling posts across social media platforms. o Collaborate on ideas to enhance social media engagement. • Blogging & Newsletters: o Support content strategists in drafting blog posts, monthly newsletters, and articles focused on community engagement. o Contribute ideas and assist in ensuring consistency in tone and quality. • Multimedia Content: o Work on video editing, adding captions, and creating simple graphics for digital use. o Help design assets tailored to various social media platforms. • Email Marketing & Outreach: o Assist with the development and distribution of email marketing campaigns. o Support outreach efforts to foster stronger community connections. ________________________________________ Skills & Experience • Required: o Strong communication and writing skills. o Basic understanding of social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn). o Familiarity with tools like Canva and simple video editing software. o Enthusiasm for creativity and learning new content creation techniques. • Desirable: o Experience in writing blog posts, articles, or newsletters. o Knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp). o A keen eye for detail in editing and designing. o Ability to analyse engagement metrics and suggest improvements.
