Community Connector
Stroke Association
• You will be liaising with staff in the local area to represent the Stroke Association at local events. This could be giving a presentation, hosting a stand or attending a fundraising event. • If you are a stroke survivor or carer can share your own experience of stroke to inspire and help others. You do not have to have personal experience of stroke.
As a Community Connector, you will be making links with your local community to raise awareness of stroke and the Stroke Association. By speaking to people in your community, you can help people understand the effects of stroke on lives and help to improve the experience of those affected by stroke.
