We are seeking experienced individuals to mentor volunteers in Business Administration, Business Management/Leadership or Marketing & Communications. You’ll provide guidance and support to less experienced volunteers, helping them develop their professional skills and being successful in their roles. This is a flexible and rewarding opportunity to help volunteers grow and succeed in their roles at Cre8. Key tasks include: Offering 1:1 or group mentoring sessions. Providing expert advice and practical assistance in your area of expertise. Helping less experienced volunteers troubleshoot challenges and develop solutions. Assisting with project work and ensuring it meets professional standards. Providing feedback and encouraging continuous professional growth.

We are seeking mentors with: A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Business Administration, Business Management, or Marketing & Communications. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. The ability to motivate, guide, and inspire others. Previous mentoring or coaching experience (preferred but not essential). Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office, marketing software, or other relevant platforms.
